BidAnvil exists because I watched an estimator spend 14 hours on a bid that should have taken 3. The tools on the market are either $15,000/year enterprise software built for Fortune 500 GCs, or “paste your docs into ChatGPT and hope.” Neither works for a 50-person shop that needs to get bids out the door this week.

So I built something that does. BidAnvil is AI that understands your drawings, your codes, and the difference between a turnaround bid and a new construction bid — because it was configured inside a real shop, not a software lab.
